All photographs on www.siornaphotography.com website are the property of Siorna Photography. For the avoidance of doubt, all copyright of the photographs is owned absolutely by Siorna Photography within the provision of the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988.
Low-resolution photographs on the website and the blog are for demonstration of the photographer’s work only. I respectfully remind you that it is contrary to this Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically, electronically or by any other means any photograph without the express permission of Siorna Photography. Likewise, the photographs may not be in any way modified and no derivative work may be made from the images without the permission of Siorna Photography.
All the information is correct at the time of being published on the website. Siorna Photography retains the right to change any information on the website without notice.
Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the store, email or phone is governed by Siorna Photography’s Privacy Policy.
Gift voucher purchase
When purchasing a gift voucher you agree with the following terms and conditions.
- The date and location are to be agreed with Siorna Photography.
- The location must be at Siorna Photography’s Studio.
- The gift voucher will be sent by post or email
- Gift cards are usually valid within 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the offer.
- The voucher can only be exchanged at Siorna Photography for photographic services and/or products described in the voucher and relating to photographs created by Siorna Photography.
- The voucher can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- You may not sell the gift voucher to any third parties without the consent of Siorna Photography. If consent is given, such consent may be subject to any conditions which Siorna Photography imposes. In any event, you may not sell the gift cards without express written consent from Siorna Photography, which you must obtain before making any such sale. Siorna Photography reserves the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of gift cards by you to a third party.
- If for any reason Siorna Photography suspects, acting reasonably, that the gift cards are being used or purchased fraudulently Siorna Photography reserves the right at any time to deactivate the gift voucher(s) without any liability to you. Siorna Photography will inform you that the gift voucher(s) have been deactivated as soon as reasonably possible. We will require your cooperation to evidence that there has been no fraudulent activity before the gift cards are re-activated.
Negatives and digital files from a photoshoot remain the property of the Photographer. For the avoidance of doubt, all copyright in the images is owned absolutely by the Photographer within the provision of the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988.
Delivery Policy
Gift vouchers will be delivered by post after purchase. Digital images taken at a Siorna Photography photoshoot, including all social media resolutions, will be delivered via an online gallery service. Prints and purchased collections will be sent using standard 1st Class Royal mail services. You are welcome to collect your printed memories from the studio by appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your photo shoot, Siorna Photography requires 2 days’ notice or a cancellation charge, equivalent to half your photography session booking fee, will apply. Siorna Photography will always try to accommodate changing schedules and will be happy to refund or reschedule any photo shoot if cancelled or rescheduled within the notice period.
Because of the bespoke and customised nature of Siorna Photography’s photographic products (prints etc), after the photographic product order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Return and Refunds Policy
Once your photographic products have been checked, collected and signed for at the studio, no returns will be accepted nor will any refunds be done by Siorna Photography.
In case of delivery of photographic products to the client by post, any complaints regarding an issue with photographic products such as manufacturer’s fault/defect shall be sent to Siorna Photography in writing within 14 days of receipt of the products, along with the faulty photographic products. Siorna Photography will rectify the problem and endeavour to supply the photographic product to the client as soon as possible. After 14 days, no returns on photographic products will be accepted and no refunds will be made by Siorna Photography.

Valentine’s Day Gift Card: 15% off
The special 15% discount on a Boudoir Experience Gift Card only applies to bookings made between 10th January 2024 and 14th February 2024. The photoshoot must take place in 2024 for the 15% to be valid. Hair and Makeup are excluded from the offer. Additional photographs can be purchased separately. The gift card includes 1 complimentary digital photograph.
